Our client, a prominent architectural and design firm, is looking for an Urban Designer / Landscape Architect to join their Brisbane studio.

The Role

Providing design advice for development applications and planning proposals, you will be responsible for documentation and reporting of master planning outputs, including development of design guidelines. You will evaluate development constraints, opportunities and potential for complex and constrained sites, and you will ensure designs comply with planning policies, zoning regulations and environmental guidelines.

Communication and collaboration with clients, councils and community members to incorporate feedback and requirements is key as you work to incorporate sustainable features into designs.

About You

Possessing an interdisciplinary background with a strong specialisation in landscape architecture, urban design and master planning, you will be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment on multiple projects simultaneously (demonstrable experience working on large-scale and highly complex projects).

Experience creating master plans and design guidelines at various scales, including public realm and open space design, podium and rooftop landscape design.

Technically you must show proficiency with Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion or other 3D software.
