Traineeship Manager

About the Role:
We have a unique opportunity coming up with one of our local government clients! Council is seeking an enthusiastic Traineeship Manager to oversee their trainee and youth programs. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting trainees, ensuring they receive the guidance and resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support trainees and youth in their professional development.
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Proven experience coordinating a large program with a high volume of clientele and/or candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in RTO and/or volunteer management is desirable.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.
  • Class C drivers licence
  • 2 x References from recent employers
