We're looking for an experienced Traffic Control Team Leader to join our team immediately. In this role, you'll lead the charge in managing traffic control operations on-site, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians through disrupted areas, including roadworks and construction sites.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Traffic Control Team Leader, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Directing traffic around roadworks, building sites, maintenance activities, and accidents.
• Setting up and taking down temporary road signs and traffic management equipment.
• Ensuring pedestrian safety in areas with changed road conditions.
• Communicating effectively with other traffic controllers and clients.
• Enforcing safety regulations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Working closely with traffic authorities, construction teams, and emergency services.

What We Need from You:

• A valid NSW Traffic Controller (TCR) Ticket and Implement Traffic Control Plans (IMP) Ticket.
• A valid White Card.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including long pants, steel-cap boots, hard hat, and broad-brim hat (company shirt provided).
• A 5-watt Radio and Traffic Control Bat.
• A valid driver's license with the ability to drive a manual vehicle.
