Key Responsibilities for Traffic Controllers:

• Direct Traffic Flow - Safely manage traffic through work zones, construction sites, accidents, and maintenance areas.
• Set Up Temporary Road Signs - Assist in set up and removal of road signs to ensure smooth traffic control.
• Ensure Pedestrian Safety - Guide pedestrians safely around construction and disruption zones.
• Clear Communication - Use radios to communicate with supervisors, emergency services, and other traffic controllers.
• Follow Directions from Authorities - Work closely with supervisors, police, firefighters, paramedics, and more to ensure safety compliance.

What You Need to Get Started:

• Valid Traffic Controller (TCR) Ticket
• Valid Implement Traffic Control Plans (IMP) Ticket
• White Card
• Own a 5-Watt Radio and Traffic Control Bat
