With 300+ established accounts and huge growth potential in this sales territory, our client is looking for an individual with ambition and strong relationship-building abilities to join their Queensland sales team. This Australian company sells into industrial and commercial customers and is a known name in their field. They are a reliable supply of quality products and associated services to sectors including transport, agriculture, marine and mining, and are considered an essential service.

About the Role:

Reporting to a Queensland-based regional sales manager this sales territory includes Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Darling Downs, and Northern NSW. Offering considerable day-to-day autonomy but with plenty of training and ongoing support available (including weekly 1:1's and a Sales Team meeting), you will be responsible for maintaining sales activity with existing accounts plus developing new business across your territory. With a focus on sales planning, sales activity, pipeline development, you will use CRM and BI tech to record your achievements and meet your KPI's.
