About the Client: Tweed Holiday Parks, offers a slice of paradise with nearly 1000 stunning beachfront and riverfront sites, alongside 52 cozy cabins. the parks are managed by passionate contract park managers who ensure everything runs smoothly for their guests. Supporting them is the dynamic Holiday Park unit, made up of six dedicated professional full-service IT team committed to keeping the tech infrastructure top-notch.

The Role Are you ready to bring your technical expertise to a place where every day feels like a holiday? We're seeking a tech-savvy individual to join our team and take the lead in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure. With exciting projects coming up such as assisting with, new boom gates, wifi installations, CCTV, phone systems, ect there is no better time to join the team. This assignment could run up to 12 months!

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Frontline Technical Support: Be the go-to problem solver for our team, ensuring smooth operations across all parks.
  • Infrastructure Mastery: Maintain and continually improve our existing IT systems, from servers to cloud resources and beyond.
  • Tech Facilitation: Provision servers, manage cloud resources, and ensure our network infrastructure, virtual machines, printers, telephony, audio, and video equipment are all running seamlessly.
  • Planned Maintenance: Keep everything running like a well-oiled machine with proactive maintenance strategies.
  • Application & Database Support: Provide quality support for industry-standard applications and databases.
  • Quality Service: Ensure that all systems are responsive, high-quality, and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Security & Access Control: Configure and manage CCTV, Paypont, and Access Control Services to keep our parks secure.

What We're Looking For - To thrive in this role:

  • Immediate availability or the ability to start within 1-2 weeks.
  • Extensive experience in a similar IT role.
  • Hands-on experience with a range of IT products and software, including Microsoft Office 365, PC hardware, printers, scanners, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Strong LAN and WAN network management and maintenance skills.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in administering and supporting network and telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Expertise in data and infrastructure backup management.
  • A knack for desktop troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff and external partners at all levels.
