On-site accommodation is provided in a newly renovated 2-bedroom furnished cottage, complete with power, internet, and phone access.

The Job
Limekilns Pastoral Co is seeking a reliable and motivated Station Hand to assist with day-to-day operations across the property. Responsibilities will include:

• Livestock handling and general cattle work
• Operating and maintaining modern farm machinery (including a new John Deere tractor)
• Fencing construction and maintenance
• Motorbike and side-by-side operation
• Spraying and weed control
• Assisting in the production of fodder crops for cattle feed

What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a practical mindset, and a genuine interest in livestock. Prior experience is great, but a willingness to learn is even more important.

• Experienced in cattle handling and livestock care
• Ability to ride a horse / muster on horseback
• Own horse and dog is an advantage
• Confidence operating modern farm machinery
• Skills in fencing, spraying, and general farm maintenance
• Basic mechanical skills and welding skills are an advantage
• A proactive, can-do approach and ability to work unsupervised
• Good communication and teamwork skills
