About the Role:
As a Shotcrete Operator, reporting to the Development Supervisor, you will be responsible for mechanised shotcrete spraying operations, operating heavy mobile equipment, and performing general mine service work in an underground environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all mine services and ventilation meet required standards before shotcrete application.
  • Shotcreting development headings, including face support.
  • Maintaining high standards for primary ground support and quality assurance
  • Working on a lifestyle-friendly 7/7 roster, living residentially.
  • Eligibility for quarterly bonuses and potential interstate or overseas opportunities.

About You:

  • Previous experience in underground mining operations
  • Shotcrete certification and experience with mechanised shotcrete rigs (preferably Jacon Maxi Jet )
  • Knowledge of concrete additives and a safety-first mindset
