Our Client and Location
Warrawagine Cattle Company is a privately owned operation managing around 30,000 head of cattle across two stations in the East Pilbara Region of Western Australia. Wallal Downs Station is located at Eighty Mile Beach in the East Pilbara Region of Western Australia. About The Roles
We are seeking a capable and energetic couple to join the team at Wallal Downs Station to contribute to the smooth running of their operations. This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting mix of farm operations and homestead maintenance. The successful applicants will work closely with the Farm Manager and broader team.
Senior Farm Hand Responsibilities:
- Assist in hay and silage production across twelve 48-hectare pivots
- Operate and maintain farm equipment, including tractors, loaders, fertiliser spreaders, and balers
- Perform essential tasks such as cutting, raking, baling, and fertilising
- Follow directions and work independently to support farm operations
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with management
Station Support/Partner Responsibilities:
- Maintain the homestead complex, including cleaning the Homestead and staff quarters
- Prepare meals for yourself and occasionally for contractors or staff
- Maintain and water gardens, lawns, and trees
- Assist with farm duties if capable

- A couple with strong work ethics and a positive attitude
- Practical skills in farm operations, machinery use, and homestead maintenance
- The ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
