The Location

Koiwon Enterprises is located 16 km west of Bellata, halfway between Moree and Narrabri and spanning 24,000 acres.

The Jobs

Both Senior and Junior Farm Hands will join a friendly, tight-knit team where everyone has the chance to pitch in and develop their skills. From farm operations and maintenance to machinery handling, crop prep, harvesting, and even record keeping and data entry-there's plenty of variety to keep things exciting!

• Work as an operator with modern machinery including service and operational maintenance
• General maintenance and use of machinery
• Worth with the cattle manager to assist with low stress cattle handling, all aspects of animal care and record keeping.
• General repairs and maintenance to farm buildings, waterlines and fencing
• Junior Farm Hand will participate in all normal farm operations under guided supervision while gaining experience.

What We're Looking For:

• A positive attitude and genuine interest in farming
• Ability to manage time effectively, both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Digital literacy and an interest in agricultural technology
• Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to perform routine maintenance
• HR Driver's License and ChemCert certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Availability to work longer hours during peak seasons
