We provide top-quality traffic management services, including vehicles, signage, equipment, personnel, and expert Traffic Control Plans. We're looking for a Traffic Coordinator to join our dynamic Byron Bay team! This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment alongside our strong-performing existing contracts.

About the Role

As a Traffic Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, workforce efficiency and safety for our Traffic Control team. No two days are the same, so if you love variety and problem-solving, this could be the perfect role for you!

Your Key Responsibilities:

🚦 Coordinating daily work requests and rosters

🚦 Onboarding and supporting new traffic controllers

🚦 Managing invoices, SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements) and audits

🚦 Overseeing vehicle maintenance and compliance

🚦 Following recruitment QA policies and procedures

About You

This role is fast-paced and high-volume, so we're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and can keep things running smoothly. Ideally, you'll bring:

✔ Resilience under pressure - you stay calm and focused when things get hectic

✔ Account management experience - highly regarded but not essential

✔ Exceptional multitasking skills - you're a pro at prioritising and meeting deadlines

✔ Strong communication & relationship-building skills - engaging with clients and team members comes naturally to you

✔ Excellent computer & admin skills - you keep databases up to date and operations on track

While prior experience in traffic management is a plus, it's not essential-we'll provide full training!
