Retail Store Manager

Job description

Our client is a well-known and respected Australian company operating in partnership across NSW, Queensland, Victoria, and Tasmania with a strong and well-recognised international brand.

This full-time and permanent Store Manager role is a key leadership position managing two sites in Griffith and is responsible for leading and inspiring a small team, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a high standard of merchandising and store presentation, and ensuring consistent sales performance from your people. The position reports to a Regional Manager and is supported by head office corporate services.

To be considered for this position your resume will need to demonstrate:

- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (and currently reside in Australia).

- A stable history of employment, (ideally in the retail industry).

- Previous supervisory/management experience.

- A current drivers license.
