We are currently seeking a highly motivated recruitment consultant looking for their next career challenge with previous experience across blue collar industries including (i.e. Mining, Construction, Manufacturing).



About the Role

This role is a key part of a successful and close-knit team, working closely with existing clients and accounts to maintain their business.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment process by placing "the best" candidates

  • Managing key accounts

  • Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline and commitment to candidate care

  • Ability to build rapport with established clients and enhance relationships to develop new opportunities

  • Providing outstanding customer service via the phone and in person

  • A range of administrative functions associated with client and candidate management

  • Following Quality Assurance policies and procedures


About You

Are you an open-minded, problem-solving individual ready to 'hit-the-ground running'? Do you have experience working in the Mining or Blue-Collar Industry? This could be your next career!

In addition, you will have:

  • Previous recruitment/admin experience in a blue-collar environment

  • Strong computer literacy

  • Prior experience in a fast-moving environment where multitasking is imperative

  • Great organisational skills
