Junior/Development Swim Coach - Join Our Team of Aquatic Professionals!

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior/Development Swim Coach to join the team to help inspire the next generation of swimmers within the Tweed. If you're passionate about swimming, enjoy working with young athletes, and have a sporting background, we'd love to hear from you!

Role Details:

• Position: Assistant Swim Coach
• Hours: 3 PM - 6 PM, Monday to Thursday (minimum availability: 2 afternoons per week)
• Location: Kingscliff, Murwullumbah and Tweed Heads

What We're Looking For:

• A strong passion for swimming or sports
• Previous swim/sporting experience or a related background
• Friendly and motivational coaching style, with the ability to engage young swimmers
• Current coaching qualifications or a willingness to obtain them
• WWCC (Working with Children check)

What You'll Do:

• Support squad training sessions for swimmers of various levels
• Assist in delivering structured, fun, and engaging sessions
• Work collaboratively with the head coach and other staff to nurture skill development
