Located in their Brisbane office, the ICT Systems Analyst supports ERP and CRM requirements for the business, and contributes to BI development - regularly communicating and collaborating with external consultants, executives, managers, and a wide range of workers across the business. It is the key position in the company that coordinates system commissioning and upgrades, enhancements, fixes, documents solutions, and generates reporting and information that supports decision making. The position reports to, and works with, a highly experienced IT Manager, and offers flexibility to think creatively and add value to the business.

To be considered for this opportunity, it is essential that you demonstrate the following:

1. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
2. Very good communication skills including high level of English competency
3. A stable history of employment including ERP and CRM experience (a minimum of 4 years)
4. Intermediate to Advanced SQL knowledge
5. Experience working effectively with external consultants, executives, managers, and operational staff
6. Driver License (no public transport is currently available)
