If you have experience in any of the following, we'd love to hear from you:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Supporting end-to-end recruitment, from job advertising and shortlisting to interviews and onboarding
  • Employee Relations: Providing advice on employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace compliance
  • Policy & Procedure Development: Assisting with the creation, implementation, and review of HR policies and procedures
  • Performance Management: Supporting managers in the performance review process, including providing feedback and addressing performance issues
  • Training & Development: Coordinating staff training sessions, workshops, and professional development initiatives
  • HR Administration: Maintaining HR records, contracts, and employee data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Workplace Health & Safety: Ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and contribute to a safe working environment
