In this role, you will:

  • Partner with leadership teams to provide HR guidance on organisational strategy and workforce planning
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Advise on employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace compliance
  • Support performance management by coaching managers on feedback and development plans
  • Lead change management initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Help design and implement HR policies and programs that align with the organisation's objectives
  • Work collaboratively to ensure the smooth execution of talent management, recruitment, and succession planning
