The Role

As the Head of Design, you will take the lead in setting the design vision and direction for the firm's architecture and urban design projects. You will oversee the development and execution of design concepts, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation are met. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and guiding design strategy for large-scale urban, architectural, and landscape projects.
