We're looking for a Farm Hand who's passionate about farming and ready to roll up their sleeves to support a busy operation across 4,700 acres of prime farmland. RD Millner Pastoral, believes in fostering a supportive, close-knit team where everyone gets the chance to contribute and grow their skills. You'll be involved in everything from cattle care to irrigation, hay, and grain production, all while working alongside a group of dedicated, down-to-earth people who love what they do.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with livestock and daily farm activities.
• Help with irrigation, crop maintenance, and operating machinery.
• Work across four beautiful properties, contributing to various farm operations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth running of the farm.
• Get involved with hay production, fencing, and keeping everything in top shape!

What We're Looking For:

• A positive attitude and a genuine interest in farming.
• Eagerness to learn new skills, especially when it comes to operating machinery or handling livestock.
• Basic fencing knowledge and a willingness to lend a hand wherever needed.
• Interest in animal welfare and low-stress handling techniques.
• Desirable: Chemcert Certificate or HR Truck license (but not essential-willingness to learn is what counts!).
