What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing farm maintenance and property improvements
• Handling the procurement and maintenance of farm machinery
• Playing a key role in developing and executing cropping programs
• Managing all livestock and husbandry

What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who's passionate about farming and has leadership experience within a mixed farming environment. You'll also bring:

• Knowledge of beef and sheep production
• Experience with pasture and cropping management
• Leadership skills and the ability to guide a small team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive approach to farm management and record-keeping
• A commitment to safety and WH&S guidelines
