The Location

Located 50km west of Orange in Central West NSW.

The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a driven, hardworking and hands on Farm Manager. We are also open to applications who are ready to progress into the next stage with of their career in livestock and cropping in a leadership capacity.

Responsibilities will include:

• Livestock husbandry within the Cattle & Merino breeding operation.
• Leadership and mentoring of a small team
• Managing farm maintenance and improvements.
• Operation and maintenance of farm machinery
• Input into development and full implementation of cropping and pasture program.

About You
To be successful for the position, you will need to show you have leadership experience and have worked in a mixed farming enterprise.

You will also possess the following skills and attributes:

• Working knowledge of beef & sheep production
• Some knowledge of pasture & cropping management
• Leadership & ability to mentor a small team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised & willing to contribute to reports and record keeping
• Adhere to the companies WH&S guidelines
