What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day land development programs and guide small teams.
  • Lead machinery procurement, maintenance, and operation for projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations.
  • Use GIS tools and reporting systems to track progress and share updates.
  • Uphold CPI's commitment to sustainable farming practices, including zero-tillage methods.

What We're Looking For

  • A dynamic leader with hands-on experience in farming or land development.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and oversee contractors effectively.
  • Skilled in operating and maintaining heavy machinery.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and GIS mapping tools.
  • Physically fit, adaptable, and ready to work outdoors.

What We Offer

  • A partly furnished house on Scott Creek station, located 60 kms SW of Katherine.
  • The opportunity to live and work in a unique and thriving environment.
  • A balance of management responsibilities and practical, hands-on work.
  • Competitive remuneration and the chance to shape sustainable land transformation.
  • The opportunity to join a forward-thinking, family-owned company with a strong history and vision for the future.

If you're ready to combine strategic leadership with hands-on operations and play a pivotal role in sustainable farming, we'd love to hear from you.
