Who are we?

Spinifex Recruiting is Central West's leading recruitment agency, with over ten years' experience servicing commercial, government, mining and industrial clients. We are currently seeking casual workers for employment with our manufacturing client based in Parkes.

What's on offer?

• Monday to Friday only
• casual hours - hours will vary based on the needs of manufacturing - up to full time
• Shift work may be required - Day (6am to 2.30pm), Afternoon (2pm to 10:30pm), Night (10pm to 6.30am)
• Uniforms provided and laundered!
• Hourly rate $30.13 per hour for day shift, $34.65 for afternoon/night shift
• Close to town

Required skills/experience:

Full training is available for the right people however experience in the following areas would be an advantage:

• Experience in process operations, assembly line or machinery operation
• Physically fit and capable of being on your feet for a whole shift
• Mechanical aptitude
• Willing to undergo random drug test (and pass!)
• Warehouse operations including goods receival, dispatch
• Forklift operation, ticket essential
• Own transport to get to and from work

The ideal candidate will be reliable, self motivated and hard working, with good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Computer literacy highly regarded but not essential.
