About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Levied & Emerging Industries, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating administrative and logistical support for projects, events, and workshops, including managing time-lines and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assisting with contract administration, including project variations, correspondence, and adherence to governance practices.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including research providers and Advisory Panel members.
  • Supporting industry Program Advisory Panels by organising meetings, booking venues, coordinating travel, and preparing meeting papers and minutes.
  • Liaising with researchers, applicants, and the public to facilitate research applications and provide program support.

    Skills and Experience

    Essential:
  • Proven experience in business administration or a related field, ideally with exposure to agriculture, science, economics, or marketing.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database systems, and project management tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in minute-taking, coordinating logistics, and working within governance frameworks.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
