About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Levied & Emerging Industries, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating administrative and logistical support for projects, events, and workshops, including managing time-lines and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with contract administration, including project variations, correspondence, and adherence to governance practices.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including research providers and Advisory Panel members.
- Supporting industry Program Advisory Panels by organising meetings, booking venues, coordinating travel, and preparing meeting papers and minutes.
- Liaising with researchers, applicants, and the public to facilitate research applications and provide program support.

You're a collaborative team player with an eye for detail and a passion for customer service. Your ability to juggle competing priorities, manage sensitive information, and maintain accuracy under pressure will be key to your success.
Skills and Experience
Essential: - Proven experience in business administration or a related field, ideally with exposure to agriculture, science, economics, or marketing.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database systems, and project management tools.
- Demonstrated experience in minute-taking, coordinating logistics, and working within governance frameworks.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
