Administration Officer

About the Role:

Are you a proactive and experienced administrator ready to make an impact? We're looking for a motivated individual to provide administrative support across various aspects of the business. This role offers a great variety of tasks with no day looking the same as the previous!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update our internal CRM database, including posting job advertisements and maintaining accurate records
  • Assist in revising and updating QA policies and procedures
  • Support executive team members with tasks such as PowerPoint presentations, tenders, and proposals
  • Contribute to the external audit (conducting internal audits, updating registers etc.)
  • Assist with social media
  • Provide project-based support, where necessary

About You:

If you are a quick learner who thrives in a dynamic work environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Ideally, you will bring:

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Compliance driven
  • Experience with Quality Assurance (QA) processes (highly desirable)
  • Experience working with FastTrack and Fieldglass (desirable)
