Administration Assistant

Job description

Our client is a highly regarded Autralian property investment and funds management group, committed to the goals of investors.

Stakeholder relationships are key in this role, along with your ability to work independently. Your communications skills will need to be strong, allowing you to effectively liaise with customers, retailers and contractors. This will also allow you to manage various situations as they arise.

Administration skills are vital in tasks such as processing PO's, accounts payable, reporting, organising travel, team meetings and marketing support.

You will be a problem solver, with great technical skills, the ability to build trust-worthy and genuine relationships and, resilient. Some finance skills would be highly advantageous, a collaborative and self-driven personality is needed.
