About TRAC

Tweed Regional Aquatic Centres offer facilities designed to support families in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. With three busy and well-equipped centres, TRAC is always looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic and diverse team. Some centres feature both indoor and outdoor pools, a teaching pool, hydrotherapy pool, interactive play areas for kids, diving boards, and even a 100m giant water slide (at Murwillumbah!)

About the role

  • Conduct learn to swim (LTS) classes and assessments as rostered or directed by the supervisor and in accordance with program guidelines.
  • Prepare and pack up individual work area and teaching resources.
  • Assist with the promotion of programs and special events that enhance use of the Centre's LTS programs.
  • Ensure constant supervision/ safety of class participants.

What is required?

  • A passion for working with children and being part of a supportive team.
  • A Working with Children Check.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts from Monday to Saturday accorss Multiple locations/pools.

Desirable qualifications

  • Swimming & Water Safety Certification (or willing to obtain)
  • Teacher of Infant and Preschool
